Sweet Potato Fries with Honey-Chili-Lime Dipping Sauce

I wanted a sweet potato recipe that didn’t involve mashing, since some of my family members aren’t too fond of the texture. My solution: baked sweet potato fries. I knew I wanted something spicy to go with the fried and have seen many recipes that call for taco seasoning (or similar) to be sprinkled directly on the potatoes. I don’t know about you, but I like sauce with my fries – and just about everything else. So, I took the idea of combining spicy with sweet and created the honey-chili-lime dipping sauce.

Sour Cherry & Vanilla Brownies

I love brownies. They are delicious on their own, yes, but they also go oh-so-well with a variety of flavor combinations – like sour cherries and vanilla. These brownies aren’t your average store-bought concoction. They are a decadent piece of heaven.
