Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I love slow cooking – not only does produce the most tender meat, it does all the work for you! This is one of the easiest recipes that uses simple ingredients to create something delicious.

4 pounds pork shoulder roast
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Tapatio hot sauce

Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.

Using two forks, shred the pork and serve on hamburger buns.

Yields about 8 servings.
