I’m a non-drinker and wanted to come up with something a little different for myself and family this holiday season to drink instead of the same ole’ boring apple cider. So, in my quest for some yummy tasting mocktails, I’ve come up with not one, not two, but four easy and delicious drinks that are non-alcoholic & hangover-free.

Apples and cinnamon are a classic flavor combination. I love the way they work together in this recipe. If you prefer there to be some apple chunks in your ice cream, do not puree all of the apples and wait to add the apple chunks until the ice cream is near done freezing.
