I rarely eat red meat. I substitute many recipes that call for ground beef with ground turkey because of its low fat content. Since ground turkey was all I had in the freezer, that’s what I decided to make this recipe with. It came out fantastic! Moist delicious and very flavorful. I didn’t even miss the beef in this recipe at all.

This dish not only is quick, easy and delicious, it’s healthy, too! I’m very pleased with the way this turned out. I’ve officially declared it a new staple item in my home!
